Welcome to Eric's Maximize Your Metabolism Course
The purpose of this course is to provide you with the academic information, about nutrition,
exercise and lifestyle topics, required to achieve lifelong fitness and health. With application, the
information that you learn in this course will allow you to burn fat and build muscle, become
healthy and fit, change unhealthy behavior and habits and ultimately, achieve and maintain your
health and fitness goals.

The course is taught at my home, in a small group, informal, relaxed setting.
Course duration is 12 hours = 1 hour a week for 12 weeks.  
Course is purely academic with no exercise involved, although you have the option of attending
my fitness bootcamp session immediately after the class for free, as an added bonus.  You are
expected to implement the info in the course and participate in an organized workout routine.
One time Investment is $120.00 payable by cash or check
Dress comfortably and in accordance with the weather. Workout clothes, water bottle, towel,
pilates mat and weightlifting gloves, if you choose to do the free bootcamp workout.
Certificate of completion is awarded upon successful completion of the course.
